SHIPPING
1. Agni Jewels does not charge for shipping in the UK. All goods are delivered by registered or recorded post using Royal Mail and are fully insured against loss or damage during transit.
2. Orders are dispatched when the order is processed and address verification is complete or in the case of cheque payments after the cheque has cleared.
3. Delivery timescales
a. Within the UK we will dispatch your order within 14 business days on clearance of payment
b. International orders will be generally dispatched within 21 business days
c. Goods out of stock are generally dispatched within 28 days
4. Once the goods have been dispatched our Customer Service will send you an email informing you that your order has been processed and dispatched.
5. If you have a deadline, please email sales@agnijewels.co.uk with your schedule we will try to do our best to deliver the product you require within your timescales.
6. If your product is not in stock, you will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait for the stock to be replenished.
7. Delays in verification or clearance processes may delay delivery times. Product availability will also have an effect on delivery of a couple of days or longer. In case of a longer delay, you will be notified via e-mail or telephone as soon as possible and you can opt to cancel your order if you would rather not wait for the stock to be replenished.
DIFFERENT DELIVERY ADDRESS
8. In order to protect our customers, whenever the delivery address is different to the credit/debit card registered billing address, we will require a written signed confirmation from you providing the following information:
a. Your Order Reference Number
b. Your Billing Address
c. Your Delivery Address
d. A copy of ONE of the following confirming your billing address:
An official ID (i.e. Full Driving License)
A recent utility bill
A recent Credit Card or Bank statement
9. You can fax these to Agni Jewels on +44 0116 212 7392 or mail it to our address.
10. Agni Jewels will not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivering goods that are beyond our reasonable control.
11. In the unlikely event that your product appears lost or is damaged in transit please contact us immediately on +44 870 44 66 123 or email admin@agnijewels.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery or our dispatch of goods to you.
