1. All of our products come with a 14 day no quibble guarantee. Please notify us by email at admin@agnijewels.co.uk. All goods must be returned unused, complete and with no labels or tags removed and in the original packaging and condition they were supplied in together with any accessories or free gifts provided with the product. Please ensure that the goods are packed safely when returning them to Agni Jewels. 2. You will receive a refund from Agni Jewels within 14 days of return of goods to Agni Jewels. We also operate within the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. 3. For any return goods we do not take any responsibility for goods lost or damaged before it reaches our office.
DAMAGED RETURNS
4. In the unlikely event that your product is faulty or damaged when delivered, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) by email at admin@agnijewels.co.uk quoting your order reference, invoice number and details of the problem. All goods must be returned unused, complete and with no labels or tags removed and in the original packaging together with any accessories or free gifts provided with the product. Please ensure that the goods are packed safely when returning them to Agni Jewels.
DEFECTIVE RETURNS
5. A defective product may be returned for exchange or a refund within 7 days from date of receipt. The defective product will be exchanged or refunded providing it is in "as new" condition. All goods must be returned unused, complete AND with no labels or tags removed and in the original packaging together with any accessories or free gifts provided with the product. Please ensure that the goods are packed safely when returning them to Agni Jewels.
