1. The Agni Jewels website (“site”) is provided to you free of charge for your personal use subject to these Terms and Conditions. By using the Agni Jewels site you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 2. Our Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time; any changes will be announced on the Agni Jewels site. 5. All quoted prices are inclusive of UK VAT of 17.5%.

6. All products and prices, including special offers, are subject to change or discontinuation without notice. Whilst we try to ensure prices and product information is accurate on our web site, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders (even if the payment has been charged) for goods that have been advertised at an incorrect price, showing the wrong photograph or description. If we discover any pricing errors before we process your order, you will be notified immediately with the option to either re-submit your order at the correct price or cancel the order.

7. All products are subject to availability and can change prior to delivery without notice. If this is the case, you will be notified by phone or email.

8. All goods sold to the customer remain the property of Agni Jewels until paid for in full.

9. The design and specification of products is constantly changing in the interest of improvement. Whilst every care is taken in preparing this catalogue some changes may not be indicated or occur after publication.

PAYMENT TERMS

10. Payments are to be made in the currency indicated in the invoice. Any exchange fluctuation risks are on account of the customer.
